Selected grapes from the top vineyard Dhroner Hofberg. Cooler site with red slate soil interspersed with quartzite, therefore long ripening of the grapes.
Selective hand-picking and long yeast storage. High concentration of nectarine, mango and peach aromas with a moderate alcohol content.
Pale golden yellow. Goes well with spicy Asian dishes.
