Shipping and Payment
We deliver within Germany, including German islands, and within the European Union.
The minimum order value is 3 bottles.
Shipping is done by DHL or UPS in shipping carton sizes of 3s, 6s, 12s and 15s. The delivery takes place within 3 to 5 working days, should something change in this regard, we will inform you in time.
From a certain number of bottles we decide whether parcel or forwarding dispatch. Shipping is "free curbside".

Methods of payments in the Wine Store
Invoice (for existing customers):
As an existing customer, pay conveniently after the wine delivery. The invoice is enclosed with the wine package. Please indicate your invoice number when paying. Invoices are due for payment within 14 days from the date of invoice without deductions. Existing customers are those who have already placed at least one order within the past two years and have fulfilled their payment obligations in full.
Prepayment (for new customers):
We ask for your understanding that delivery to new customers is only made against prepayment. You pay your invoice amount to our bank account before receiving the goods. For this we will send you the invoice in advance by e-mail with our bank details. Please include the invoice number with the payment.
Paypal:
Secure and easy payment with your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you have the option to pay via PayPal with credit card or direct debit.
Product information
Depot in red wine or tartar in white wine are quality characteristics. If one of our products does not meet your expectations, please contact us.
Youth protection
Our offer is directed exclusively to adults. When ordering, you assure that you have already exceeded the minimum age of 18 years. We reserve the right, if we do not have information about your age, to request a copy of your identity card, otherwise we can not process your order.
